NUTRITION AND FITNESS
The Nutrition and Fitness program is an integration of the humanities and arts, social sciences, and the physical and life sciences. The study of nutrition and fitness includes the science of food as well as the role of nutrients and regular exercise in promoting and maintaining health.  Graduates of this program are more likely than those of our dietetics program to pursue graduate study in preparation for careers in higher education, research or industry.
