Equipment Reservations
   Welcome to the on-line reservations page for the School of Education and Allied Professions' Institute for Technology Enhanced Learning.  Fill out the form below in as much detail as possible.  When you submit this form, your request will be forwarded to our office and added to our database.  If the equipment you request is already reserved, someone from our office will notify you by day's end and try to find an alternate solution.

Your requests must be made at least 24 hours before it is to be delivered!

You will need to provide your own storage devices such as disks and cassettes.
