The Center is open on weekdays from 7:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.  The Center follows the University of Dayton staff holiday calendar.  A copy of this calendar is posted on the parents’ bulletin board and provided yearly in parent mailboxes. The posted weekly tuition rate has been prorated to account for these holidays.  The Center will also be closed additional days for Christmas and New Year’s Holidays as well as two teacher in-service days per year.   No tuition is due for the week between Christmas and New Years

        Tuition payments are to be paid one full week in advance.  Payments must be received  by the Center’s office before 6:00 p.m. on Friday for the following week. If payment is not received on time, a $25.00 late charge will be added to the balance.  Tuition payments and late charges not paid by the following week are cause for withdrawal of childcare services by the Center.
