The constitution of the school of Education and Allied Professions Congress was developed to provide tenured-track SOEAP faculty with a vehicle for appropriate self governance . It is to be used as a vehicle for the consideration of matters effecting and concerning school wide matters. This should not be constructed as in anyway diminishing appropriate departmental prerogatives.
