Undergraduate Transient Study

If you wish to complete transient study at another institution, whether during the Summer or otherwise, the following form and information must be downloaded and the form submitted to the Dean's Office:  Undergraduate Transient Study Approval Form.  

Note:  This does not normally apply to Study Abroad programs, other than some Summer Abroad Studies. Most Study Abroad programs have their own approval forms, most often requiring both Advisor and Dean's Office signature.
